Claim Form Login

If you were/are an AARP member or a registered user of AARP.org and access videos on AARP.org in the U.S. while you also had a Facebook account between September 27, 2020, and September 12, 2025, then you may be eligible for settlement benefits. To receive a benefit, you must complete a Claim Form.

To complete this online claim form, you must login. You can find your Unique ID & PIN printed on the Notice that was sent to you. If you lost or did not receive a Unique ID and PIN but believe you are a class member, you should contact the Claims Administrator at info@AARPSettlement.com to request a Unique ID and PIN. You will be asked to provide documentation, such as your browsing history, that demonstrates that you requested or obtained video content on the AARP website (AARP.org) between September 27, 2020, and September 12, 2025, while in the United States and at a time when you had a Facebook account and also were an AARP member or a registered user of AARP.org.
