Opt-Out Login

If you are a class member and you want to pursue your own lawsuit, you must opt out. If you opt out of the Settlement Class, you will:

• Not be eligible to receive payment from the Settlement;

• Not have any rights as a member of the class under the Settlement;

• Not be bound by any further orders or judgments in this case; and

• Keep the right, if any, to file a lawsuit against (or continue to sue) AARP about the legal claims brought on behalf of the Settlement Class.

Opt-outs can be completed by filling out this online form, or by sending a letter via first class U.S. mail. For more information please see Question 20 or the Notice.

The deadline to opt out is December 31, 2025. Opt-outs submitted by U.S. Mail must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2025.

To complete this online Request for Exclusion form, you must login. You can find your Unique ID & PIN printed on the Notice that was sent to you. If you lost or did not receive a Unique ID and PIN but believe you are a class member, you should contact the Claims Administrator at info@AARPSettlement.com to request a Unique ID and PIN. You will be asked to provide documentation, such as your browsing history, that demonstrates that you requested or obtained video content on the AARP website (AARP.org) between September 27, 2020, and September 12, 2025, while in the United States and at a time when you had a Facebook account and also were an AARP member or a registered user of AARP.org.
